چکیده
Abstract To constrain the closure mechanism and time of Paleo-Asian Ocean, we report new geochronological geochemical data for Triassic granites along a NW–SE corridor from Eastern Tianshan to Beishan, NW China. Seven have U-Pb ages that young southwards 245 Ma 234 in Kanguer accretionary complex, 237 eastern Central block, 229 223 Liuyuan complex. Granites complex formed by fractional crystallization are peraluminous, high-K, calc-alkaline, crust-derived. They very low MgO (Mg# = 6–9), Cr, Ni contents, their high ?Nd(t) (+3.40) ?Hf(t) (+4.49 +11.91) isotopes indicate Dananhu arc crust was juvenile. The Huaniushan pluton displays signatures both A1- A2-type (Y/Nb 0.32–3.39). All other block aluminous A2-types with K2O + Na2O, Al, rare earth elements (REE), Zr Nb Y, Ga, Fe/Mg, Y/Nb remarkable depletions Eu, Ba, Nb, Ta, Sr, P, Ti. broad range 9–59), Isr (0.70741–0.70945) values, negative ?Nd (t) (?2.98 ?1.14), moderate (?1.22 +7.78), which suggests mixture mantle crustal components. These 245–223 granitoids show marked Nb-Ta point subduction origin. Notable enrichments Nd-Hf Late likely an indication collision. Integration previous enables us conclude delamination oceanic slab upwelling induced partial melting thickened during tectonic transition multiple supra-subduction margin collisional setting Triassic.

The contorted New England Orogen (eastern Australia): New evidence from UPb geochronology of early Permian granitoids
[1] A series of sharp bends (oroclines) are recognized in the Paleozoic to early Mesozoic New England Orogen of eastern Australia. The exact geometry and origin of these bends is obscured by voluminous magmatism and is still debated. Here we present zircon U-Pb ages that confirm the lateral continuation of early Permian (296–288 Ma) granitoids and shed new light on the oroclinal structure. Orog...

The northward subduction and subsequent exhumation of the Sulu ultrahigh-pressure metamorphism terrane exposes a tilted coherent crustal section of the overriding North China Block (NCB), providing an opportunity to study three-dimensional structures of the subduction/collision process. Detailed geological mapping and structural measurements on the Liaodong peninsula, located at the southern ma...

The Khoy Ophiolitic Complex (KOC) as a part of Tethyan, Izmir-Ankara- Erzincan and Bitlis-Zagros sutures of South East (SE) Turkey is broadly exposed around Khoy region (NW Iran). This complex comprises dismembered fragments of mantle lithosphere, obducted oceanic lithosphere and parts of volcanic arc remnants. The Khoy Ophiolitic Complex can be structurally divided into two major eastern and w...
متن کاملOrogen response to changes in climatic and tectonic forcing
Despite much progress, many questions remain regarding the potential dynamic coupling between atmospheric and lithospheric processes in the long-term evolution of mountain belts. As a complement to recent efforts to discover the interrelationships among climate, topography, erosion, and rock deformation under conditions of mass-flux steady state, we explore orogen response to changes in climate...
